Amazon Terms and Conditions for Citi Mastercard® Credit Card and Debit Card Promotion:

1. Eligible cardholders can enjoy US$15 off the single net purchase (in a single order) of at least US$75 of Eligible Products (as defined in Clause 2) (“US$15 Offer”), or enjoy US$25 off the single net purchase of at least US$100 in Eligible Products (in a single order) of Eligible Products (“US$25 Offer”), based on the minimum purchase amount before shipping and handling fees, taxes, duties, gift wrap charges or other fees as further described in these terms and conditions during the Promotion Period (as defined in Clause 3) (the “Offer”). If an order qualifies for the US$25 discount, the same order will not be eligible to also receive a US$15 discount.
2. “Eligible Products” means products available on Amazon.com that are eligible for shipment to Hong Kong, except gift cards, products sold by Amazon Global Store, and/or digital downloads.
3. Limited quantities of promotional discounts are available for each month of the Promotion. The Offer commences at 00:00 a.m. on July 6, August 1, September 1 and October 1, 2023 (Hong Kong Time). The Offer will expire on 11:59 p.m. on July 31, August 31, September 30 and October 31, 2023 (Hong Kong Time), or when promotional discounts have been used, whichever is earlier.
4. To redeem the Offer, select the minimum quantity of Eligible Products and make your payment with an Eligible Card. “Eligible Cards” means Citi Mastercard® Credit Cards and/or Debit Mastercard issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”).
5. To qualify for a US$15 discount, purchase (in a single order) at least US$75 (or local currency equivalent) in a single net transaction in Eligible Products.
6. To qualify for a US$25 discount, purchase (in a single order) at least US$100 (or local currency equivalent) in a single net transaction in Eligible Products. If an order qualifies for the US$25 discount, the same order will not be eligible to also receive a US$15 discount.
7. To use the Offer the products must be purchased in a single order and shipped to a single address within Hong Kong. The Offer may be used by a customer for multiple qualifying purchases during the applicable promotion period, subject to the limitations in Clause 3 above.
8. The Offer may not be combined with other promotional offers for the same order.
9. The merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types.
10. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Amazon.com, Mastercard and Citibank reserve the right to modify the Offer and/or change the terms and conditions at any time.
11. The Offer does not apply to shipping and handling fees, gift wrap charges, taxes, duties, or other fees.
12. The Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
13. If a customer violates any of these Terms and Conditions, the customer will not be eligible for the promotion .
14. If any of the products or content related to this promotion is returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies.
15. The Offer will be void in case the applicable laws or regulations determine its invalidation.
16. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
